The J-Thermo is a thermometer designed to connect directly to the audio jack of an iPhone or iPad, offering a convenient method for temperature measurement. Its plug-and-play functionality eliminates the need for any setup, providing a straightforward user experience.

• Measurement range from -50 to 150 °C (-58 to 302 °F), with readings exceeding these limits displayed as HH.H or LL.L.
• Equipped with a 125 mm stainless steel sensor probe for accurate readings.
• Displays real-time temperature measurements in both Celsius and Fahrenheit scales.
• Does not require batteries, simplifying maintenance.

Operational Guidance:

1. Open the "J-Thermo" application on your device.
2. Insert the J-Thermo securely into the audio jack of your iPhone or iPad and maximize the headphone volume. The temperature reading should appear within a few seconds.
3. Upon completion of use, select "Done" and carefully remove the device from the audio jack.

Please ensure the application is open while the device is in portrait mode; otherwise, interface abnormalities may occur. An update is forthcoming to address this issue.

Troubleshooting Procedures:

• If the J-Thermo fails to display temperature readings, verify that the app indicates "No J-Thermo detected" or "No data from J-Thermo". If so, manually increase the headphone volume to maximum.
• If an alert states "Cannot access microphone due to privacy setting," enable microphone access for "J-Thermo" within your device's privacy settings.
• Ensure that "Volume Limit" is turned off in your device's settings, as this can restrict headphone volume levels.
• For devices purchased within the European Union, known EU volume restrictions may affect functionality. Disable "EU Volume Limit" in settings if present and retry testing.
